Scarlet Nexus, the PS5, Xbox Series X, PS4, and Xbox One action-RPG from the minds behind Tales of Vesperia is finally making it to India on disc courtesy independent retailer Mcube Games. The Scarlet Nexus India price is Rs.3,999 and has a June 7 release date. Mcube Games tells IGN India that the PlayStation editions would be Region 2 versions. You can it pre-order it right here.
This is welcome news for anyone looking for a physical copy of the game. More so after preservationist group DoesItPlay confirmed that it runs perfectly fine without having to connect to the Internet — at least on the PS5. The use of Smart Delivery on Xbox Series X makes this impossible on Microsoft’s console.

Internationally, Scarlet Nexus released on June 25. India missed out on the game at launch after distributor E-xpress decided to not bring it to the country. According to those in the supply chain, the action-RPG is not on E-xpress’s June release list.
In recent years its taken to straight up not releasing a host of games in India including 13 Sentinels Aegis Rim, Trials of Mana, Olympic Games Tokyo 2020, and next-gen versions of Judgment. A huge list of games E-xpress has neglected to bring to India can be found on Japanese games site The Mako Reactor.
Bandai Namco had also announced a tie-in anime series for Scarlet Nexus, which is currently still in development. The anime will be released in summer this year, produced by Sunrise Inc.
