Scorn Xbox Game Pass Release Date Brought Forward By One Week

Scorn developer Ebb Software has just dropped a lovely surprise! The upcoming “atmospheric first-person horror adventure” is now launching a full week earlier than previously announced, with a new release date of October 14th.

We’d been worried in previous months that Scorn could even see a delay out of 2022, so we’re quite surprised to now see the opposite! It’s definitely welcome though; we’re ready to be incredibly freaked out one week earlier than anticipated.

Alongside the new release date, the team has broken down a little more about what Scorn actually is in a new Xbox blog post. It’s certainly worth a read if you remain as confused as us about this upcoming horror title, but in short, expect exploration and puzzle solving as much as shooty bang bang. That’s good to know!

Scorn now launches on Xbox Series X|S and PC, including Game Pass, on October 14th.

Will you playing this straight away? Or will it be a Halloween playthrough for you? Do let us know!
