EA is officially bringing Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order to the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S in Summer 2021, complete with a variety of technical improvements over the existing last-generation version of the game.
A post on the official Star Wars website ahead of the May 4th Star Wars celebrations confirms that Respawn’s action title will be available as a free upgrade to those who currently own Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order on PS4 and Xbox One.
No further details were revealed, but new info is expected ‘soon.’
This news probably won’t come as a surprise to some, as Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order was rated for PS5 only last month, suggesting a native version of the game was on its way. The game is currently playable on Sony’s new console via backwards compatibility.
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order was released for PS4, PC and Xbox One on November 15, 2019. You can read our full review on the game here.
