DC Super Hero Girls: Teen Power is an upcoming video game based on an animated series with the same name. The new title promises to offer fun for everyone, as players will be able to execute stunning combos and explore different sections of the city of Metropolis. The game launches on Nintendo Switch on June 4 and is now available for pre-order for €60 / $60 via the Nintendo eShop.
In DC Super Hero Girls: Teen Power, players can join the fight as Wonder Woman, Supergirl, and Batgirl, as they try to save the city from the clutches of a group of mischievous DC Super-Villians, all while keeping up with social life as a teenager at Metropolis High School.
The game features easy-to-learn controls and a wide array of abilities, each tailored to the six playable characters. Wonder Woman uses her warrior skills with the Lasso of Truth and Flying Shield, Supergirl has Heat Vision and Super-Breath, and Batgirl can invent crime-fighting gadgets like the Bat-Hook.
Furthermore, Harley Quinn can use her Spring Spree mega-jump with glee to cause some mischief while Catwoman’s Cat Dance ability can be used to scratch off foes as the skilled jewel thief or trap enemies by deploying Star Sapphire’s Cage of Love ability.
When not fighting the elusive Toyman’s minions, players can explore different sections of the city of Metropolis, rescuing missing cats and collecting costumes to show off their style. Moreover, they can even rebuild a destroyed part of the city by donating in-game money to open up shops or place other buildings.
Last but not least, players can meet up at the best hangout spots from the animated series such as Metropolis High School and Sweet Justice, which also happen to be great places where they can snap photos to share on Superstapost. However, they should be very careful because they always have to protect their secret identity and they might even run into some of the city’s most mischievous Super-Villains.
