The Best PlayStation, Xbox, and PC Game Announced at the Annapurna Showcase

The first-ever stream of Annapurna showcase was a great hit, and it was 30 minutes long. Over the past six years, Annapurna has managed to become one of the major publishers out there. It offers tons of details on new projects, upcoming games, Partnerships with renowned publishers, updates (on games that were announced way back in 2017) as well as the release dates for many-awaited indie game titles. This includes the release date for the long-awaited Stray along with multiple games under its wing. Annapurna Interactives has delivered multiple high-profile games over the past 6 wonderful years, thanks to the continuous growth of the publisher.

Release date and gameplay video of Upcoming major titles

One of the biggest parts of the show was the announcement of the release date of The Artful Escape and Solar Ash. The Artful Escape will hit the consoles on September 9, 2021. It was announced way back in E3 2017. The game will launch on Xbox consoles and PC via Game Pass on the first day. Solar Ash finally got a release date of 26 October 2021. The hype of both of these games is over the roof.

The showcase also gave some exciting news on Annapurna’s two new titles. The much-awaited Stray finally got an official gameplay trailer which looks quite promising. While the game doesn’t have an official release date yet, it will most probably release in 2022. Stray will launch for PC, PlayStation 4, and 5.

Next up was a thorough analysis of Neon White. It is a follow-up to Donut Country but there is a catch. The game is totally different, and it is getting a winter launch (Nintendo Switch) this year.

Fans also got a glimpse of A Memoir Blue. This game is described as a beautiful journey of deep memory. A Memoir Blue will launch for Steam Deck, iPhone, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Xbox consoles.

Apart from all these exciting game release updates, Annapurna Interactives also announced multiple partnerships with different studios. This includes:

Among all these studios, Ivy Road is a brand new studio developed by creative people behind Stanley Parable and Gone Home. To round it all out, the publishers also announced platform update for major games such as Telling Lies and Gorogoa. Both of these popular games are making their way to Xbox Game Pass. Not only this, but I Am Dead is also going to hit consoles on 9 August 2021. The whole showcase event was full of surprises and wonderful updates and releases.
