Digital Extremes’ Warframe has a lot of new content coming for next week on September 8, with the release of Nidus Prime Access and Accessories Pack and the return of Operation: Plague Star. This definitely isn’t the first time players have had access to cool skins and it won’t be the last, and this time around players have a decent amount to look forward to.
Players will be given the chance to immediately unlock and gain access to the “powered-up Prime variant of Warframe Nidus.” There will also be a Revenant Mephisto Collection available, which is a unique alternative skin for the Revenant Warframe that was designed by Warframe fan and freelance artist Debby Sheen.
What’s in the next Warframe update?
Storywise, the plague-bearer Nidus Prime returns as part of the 33rd Prime Warframe release, which will give players altered mod polarities and more customization for players. Nidus Prime, his Prime Weapons, and exclusive Prime Customizations will be available on September 8 as an instant unlock for Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
Also returning September 8 is the Operation: Plague Star event, which will give players a chance to band together to defend the Plains of Eidolon. There will be aerial and slide attacks as well as combos, and the event will last for three weeks from September 8 to September 30, 2021.
As for cool goodies, players will be able to get the Ghoul Saw, its parts, and its stance from September 8 to September 30. The Ambassador Drop will also be able to be obtained via the Aurax Atloc Raknoids in Corpus Railjack, and the Harrow Drop will see some changes. The Harrow Neuroptics are being moved from “Vault 3 to Vault 1 on Pago, and also are being added to Rot C on Taveuni.”
