Xbox One Sales
Xbox One Bundles & Special Editions
Hitman 3 seems to be the main focus of the Xbox One bundles and special editions portion of the first time sales, with both its Deluxe and Standard editions at 25% off. If you’re just after the base game, the Standard Edition is probably the way to go, but if you’re looking for something a little extra, the Deluxe Edition also includes the Deluxe Pack with Deluxe suits and items, the digital soundtrack, and the digital “World of Hitman” book, along with director commentary. IO Interactive has a lot of content and updates planned for Hitman 3, but if you own the Deluxe Edition, you get access to both the free content and the Deluxe Escalation Contracts, like the Gauchito Antiquity. If you’re not sure whether Hitman 3 is for you, don’t forget you can try the Hitman 3 Free Starter Pack first.
Xbox One Games
Both Empire of Sin and Gods Will Fall are on offer for the first time, at 30% off and 25% off respectively. Empire of Sin is a turn-based strategy game set in Chicago during the Prohibition in the 1920s, and has you working to build your own criminal empire. It’s also available in Xbox Game Pass, so if you’re a member, you can try it out first through there. Gods Will Fall only launched a few months ago. It’s an action-adventure which sees a band of warriors fighting against the gods to save humanity.
Xbox One DLC
There’s a fair amount of cheap Xbox One DLC on offer. Halo Reach: Campaign and the DLC for Assetto Corsa Competizione and Bear With Me are all well under £10. Red Dead Redemption 2’s Story Mode and the Ultimate Edition Content will cost a little extra, but it’s well worth it for Red Dead 2.
Windows Sales
Windows Games
MotoGP 2020 has the biggest discount of the Windows Games segment, with 75% off — but just be aware that it’s currently showing four unobtainable achievements. If you’re more in an Elder Scrolls mood, you can find up to 67% off Morrowind Game of the Year Edition, Oblivion Game of the Year Edition, and Skyrim Special Edition. Control also has a respectable discount with 40% off, but don’t forget it’s also available with Xbox Game Pass for PC.
All-in-all, a fair few Spring Sale items are here on the First Time Sales list, but if none of these Xbox sales look good to you, why not have a look at our full list of Free Xbox Games.
