As soon as the investigations continue into how it will affect the industry, Xbox has attempted to ease worries about the Activision Blizzard acquisition by dedicating a corner of his website to the deal. In this new page, there are quotes from Microsoft’s higher-ups and a chart that explained why the deal being developed for Xbox can benefit multiple parties.

The new page which was dedicated to the acquisition was published this week in light of various roadblocks holding up the 70 milliard dollar deal. One of these roadblocks comes from the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority conducting an investigation into the merger that will conclude on March 1, 2023. The European Commission continues to investigate the deal and confirms whether it’s necessary for some more time to determine its impact next month.

The chart that Xbox has supplied has been split into three sections. One is a way to tell the story of the deal, the second is for creators and the third is for the industry in general. Despite its insistence that never happens, PlayStation appears to be unconvinced. Jim Ryan felt it necessary to fly to Brussels, and communicate his concerns with the European Commission in person. And to be aware, there’s a remark that the one benefit that Xbox has listed is that it emphasizes a positive workplace culture. There isn’t simply hope, but need for Xbox to prove it will alter what happened behind the scenes at Activision Blizzard as the investigations into its toxic work environment began in 2021.
