‘Dragon Ball FighterZ’ Coming To PS5 And Xbox Series X|S, Rollback Netcode Implementation Planned

Dragon Ball FighterZ delivers an explosive, action-packed game that combines classic 2D fighting visuals with advanced 3D character models that look and feel as if they are ripped straight out of the Dragon Ball anime series.

Dragon Ball FighterZ gives fans of all skill levels the opportunity to feel like their favorite Dragon Ball character. Featuring 3 vs. 3 battle mechanics, new and seasoned players are sure to experience the epic scope of Dragon Ball as they select their three-character team to take into battle.

The game also encourages players to train and master more than one fighter and style, delivering richer gameplay and motivation to take down the competition.

New-gen versions for Dragon Ball FighterZ are now in development for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.

Revealed during Dragon Ball FighterZ’s Top 8 competition for the 2022 Evolution Championship Series (EVO), the new-gen editions will harness the power of these platforms to deliver even more breathtaking visuals with incredible responsiveness to player inputs. In addition, next-gen and PC players will soon experience smoother online play thanks to the integration of rollback netcode in a future update. More information on the game’s new-gen versions and rollback netcode will be released at a later date.

Currently available for Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, PS4, and PC (Steam), Dragon Ball FighterZ is in development for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
